Why is the laser engraving process so good?
With the laser process, the customer's logo is indelibly engraved into the material whether it’s wood, leather, slate, etc. While imprinting is a popular process too, the laser process ensures the logo lasts as it will never wear off. It is on your product to stay.
What is the general lead time?
We strive to get the artwork in hand on the initial day the customer reaches out and begin engraving within 2 to 3 days.
Are there artwork setup fees?
We waive any artwork setup fees on new orders of 50 items or more. Otherwise, it's a $25 set up fee.
What kind of artwork is needed for this process?
We request camera-ready, black-and-white artwork in EPS file or high-resolution JPEG.
Do we have to order high minimums?
We endeavor to keep our minimums low, usually 12 to 50 quantity per product. We realize that not everyone has unlimited storage space and we want them to be able to try our products before committing to hundreds of inventory.
May I just buy one item?
We are happy to work with all customers, from the person wanting one special gift to wineries buying hundreds of products for their Tasting Room. Cost may be a little more doing one-off custom orders, and we are happy to provide this service.
Do you ship nationwide?
We ship to all 50 states using UPS ground. Depending on your location, you can expect to have your product in 3 to 10 days usually.
