Customization Approval Process
Before production, we engage with you through a detailed mockup review process. This step ensures that the design of your custom-engraved products meets your specifications and expectations. We either provide a digital preview or create a mockup product, allowing you to visualize the final result and make necessary adjustments before we proceed with the final engraving.
Quality Assurance
Every product is meticulously inspected post-engraving to verify that the quality and details align with the approved mockup. This thorough inspection guarantees that each item meets our high standards and your expectations before it is shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or differs from the approved mockup, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
